Classes will resume in the New Year at Waterlooville Community Centre from Wednesday 6 January 2021

Emsworth Community Centre will reopen on Monday 4th January 2021.

Denmead weekly classes start on Tuesday 5th January 2021.  Please contact pilateswithclaire@hotmail.com for more information.

Due to current Government Guidelines, places will be limited.  Please book now to reserve your place.  You will need to complete a health screen prior to confirmation of your place.

Pilates Classes


Classes may be paid for by monthly standing order or every six weeks. Please ask Alison Thompson for more details. COVID-19: please note any equipment is sanitised before and after each session, but it is advised to bring your own.  Again, don't hesitate to ask about this.

Weekly Sessions will take place on:

Tuesdays (6.00pm) Denmead Community Centre, School Lane, Denmead, Waterlooville PO7 6LU (book with pilateswithclaire@hotmail.com)
Tuesdays (12:30) Emsworth Community Centre, North Street, Emsworth PO10 7DD
Wednesdays (11.30 am) Waterlooville Community Centre, 10 Maurepas Way, Waterlooville (next to Asda Supermarket)

Classes are available to anyone, men and women of any age (16 years and over) and any skill level. Please go to the contact page and make sure you complete the Health Screening Form which confirms you are fit and healthy enough to join in our fun, regular sessions.

Contact Alison Thompson for more information.  You will need your own Pilates mat and a small towel (to support the neck or back).  Pilates mats should be as thick as possible for comfort when lying on the floor.  Shoes are not required.  You will find it helpful to wear layers and suitable exercise clothing.
